The easiest way to get Surflare VPN on your Chrome browser is to install the extension. You can do this in two ways:

Chrome Web Store

Click "Add to Chrome" in Chrome Web Store, then pin the extension to your toolbar for easy access.

CRX File

If Chrome Web Store is not available in your region, install manually.

Go to Settings > Extensions > Turn on Developer mode.
