You may cancel your VPN subscription with a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase ("Money Back Guarantee").
Refunds beyond the 7-day purchase window will be considered, at the sole discretion of Surflare, if a Subscriber can demonstrate that the Service was not available or usable during the subscription period and that reasonable attempts were made to contact Surflare to resolve the issue.
If you have already utilized a free trial before purchasing a subscription, refunds will not be available.
Any change to the original purchase, such as upgrading to an extended billing term or purchasing additional licenses under the same account, shall constitute a waiver of the Money Back Guarantee option.
Dedicated IP addresses are non-refundable after activation. Once a Dedicated IP is assigned to your account, the IP resource is exclusively reserved for your use and cannot be reassigned.
If you experience technical issues with your Dedicated IP that cannot be resolved by our support team, Surflare may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement IP address.
Before purchasing a Dedicated IP, we recommend testing your connection with our shared VPN servers to ensure compatibility with your network environment.
You may return your Surflare VPN Router within 7 days of receiving the product. For return conditions and warranty details, please refer to our Hardware Warranty & Return Policy.
Transaction fees charged by payment institutions (normally at rate 3.4% + $0.4 USD) will NOT be refunded.
All refunds are sent in USD and therefore the refund amount could differ from the amount originally paid in local currency due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase cannot be refunded through Surflare. For refunds on App Store purchases, you must submit a refund request directly to Apple through your Apple ID account or the App Store.

Funds typically arrive within 1 hour, but in rare cases may take longer depending on your bank or payment institution.
Surflare reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
In case of any discrepancies between translations of the refund policy, the English version shall prevail and be considered the official version.
