Go to Dashboard > Team, click "Create Team" button. Enter your team name, top up your balance, and your team is ready. You will become the admin automatically.
How to add and remove members
In your team dashboard, click "Add Member" to invite new members via email. To remove a member, find them in the member list and click the delete icon. Billing stops immediately when a member is removed.
How to help members reset password
As an admin, go to the member list, find the member who needs help, and click "Reset Password". A new temporary password will be sent to their email.
How to use Router in team
Go to Team Settings > Router, click "Link Router" and enter your router's serial number. Once linked, all team members can access the router through the team dashboard. Router service is billed at $0.0097/hour (≈$6.99/month).
How to create multiple teams
You can create multiple teams under your account. Go to Dashboard > Team, click "Create New Team". Each team has separate billing and member management. Useful for managing different departments or projects.
How to view billing details
Go to Team Settings > Billing to view your usage and charges. You can see hourly breakdown for each member, router usage, and total costs. Export reports for accounting purposes.
